Not if the hate is coming from overseas :/ International lawsuits require a lot more evidence, time, money and unfortunately even seriousness (like someone threatening violence like im omw to mword or something as opposed to just saying she's annoying or whatever). But I am not too familiar with who is spreading the hate or what it is so if it's local, thats all them and hopefully they listen.

probably not so much internationally but if the hate comments are organized well (making it more efficient to sort through) and the company puts some resources into it with formal notices a lot of the korean comments do get deleted or toned down

I love Wonyoung, it pains me so much that everyone sees her as an object. The fans, the haters, her own company. Few people see her as a human with feelings. She deserves so much better and I do see people taking advantage of her kindness and strong work drive.
