My Yahoo mail account has been hacked by unknown person. Please help me to recover.

Start here at Help for Yahoo Account
Scroll down the page until you see a "Contact Us" button. Click on this.
This opens a Yahoo Help Central Support page.
Under "Tell us your Yahoo email address and product." you select the product you want help with. In this case it would be "Account".
Enter your email address and check "I'm not a robot". You may be sent to another CAPTCHA page for additional proof.
Click the "Get started" button.
This opens a page that says “Select from these options”.
The option you are looking for is "Contact a Yahoo specialist". Please note this option is not available for all issues and in all markets. If you see this option click on it.
This opens the page “What can we help you with”. Select the topic that most closely matches your issue.
Next is the page “Tell us more about this issue”. Select the topic that most closely matches what your issue.

Since an upgrade of Windows-10 was installed two days ago on my laptop, the Yahoo-mail account of mine has lost some of its functions, as follows:

1. the message list in INBOX is no longer complete, as can be seen in the next attached screen-shot image-#1; https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

2. I cannot delete the messages, neither by using the DELETE button from the upper taskbar (horizontal), nor by clicking on the extreme right right vertical column of the INBOX mails list;

3. I tried to recover my account by using the "Settings" button located at the extreme right upper corner of the screen, but it doesn't work

I don't know whether this the effect of a hacking action or not.

I don't know either at which e-mail address I can send the herewith attached screenshot image.

Click the Trash folder in Yahoo Mail. You'll see it in the navigation pane at the left of your Yahoo email screen.
