Why would you compare "LiteSpeed "Enterprise" with open source nginx (nginx also has nginx plus) and more importantly, why would you use w3tc on Apache if Apache also has a cache extension, similar to nginx? I am sorry but this is an insult other people in the field. It's not about the number, it's about the methodology. If you wanted to test the performance of cache files (static files) then just do that with an html static file. WordPress is irrelevant in this case as the files served will be static anyway. Also you are testing the cache performance, which may or may not live in RAM. Nginx for example, will be same or faster if you put their fastcgi cache on a RAM partition, which is what people usually do.

What settings do you recommend for the optimal performance. I have one of my Wordpress website on cloudways with Redis, Varnish, WP Rocket, QUIC (by cloudflare). The speed is incredible. I'm starting a new website on Vultr (learning server management and unmanaged hosting experience). What would you recommend? Your answer will be appreciated.

Caddy 2 is released today but the test is based on awful outdated version.
