becoz all the employees are contributing to a single unit that is company so for single unit v use its to denote not their...:)
thank u
3 years
mam ye to dekh kr hi ans aa jayega denominator 3 h to numerator mn 3 se multiply krnge to wo cancell ho jayega so minimum 3 years
in this x has 6 with it and v dont know the value of x so it cant b anything so in this v cant apply this method due to unknown value...:)
see here 6x =6 is comming now for lhs =rhs x =1
now 1 = 9+1 .8+2,7+3 6+4 so on so any root can b possible for 1 so v cant apply this method as x has coefficent other than 1....:) and i said previously v cant apply this method on divison if divison is related to only single term then its ok but for entire term not possible..:)

1. a fruit vendor buys some oranges at the rate of rs 5 per orange. he also buys equal no. of bananas at the rate of rs.2 per banana. he makes a 20% profit on oranges and 15% on bananas. at the end of the day all th fruit is sold out. his total profit is rs. 390 . find the no. of oranges sold
2. saleem bought 90 oranges at the rate of 3 oranges for rs 10 and sold them at the rate of 2 oranges for rs 9 find that saleem is in profit or loss and also find its percentage solution
koi achcha solution dena enka
2)
p/l =((3*9) -(2*10))/(2*10) *100 =+35%=>profit
6. The price of an article reduces to 576 after two successive discounts. The markup is 80% above the cost price of Rs. 500.What is the new profit percentage if instead of two successive discount the markup price was further increased successively two times by the same percentage?
p% =76/5%
mp% =80%
=> from successive
76/5% =80% -x -80x/100
=> x =36%=single equivalent discount
=>-36% =-d-d+d^2/100--------(ssv)
=>d^2-200d+3600 =0
=>d =20% ,180%
as d=180% cant be possible as it makes sp a -ve quantity so leave it
=>d =20%
now mp(r) =80%+80%+64%=224%------(ssv)
=>p(r) =224%-20%-224*20/100------------(ssv)
=>p(r)=224-20-44.8 =159.2%
Q14.√1220 × 16.06 + √4897= ?
(a) 610
(b) 620
(c) 630
(d) 640
(e) 650
root(1220) =34+(1220 -1156)/68 =34.9~35
root(4897) =69+(4897-4761)/138 =69.98~70
now 35*16+70 =630
Q13. 16.5% of 1399.921 + 114.78% of 1211 = ?
(a) 1270
(b) 1350
(c) 1490
(d) 1530
(e) 1610
16%of 1340+115%of 1210 =1605.9~1610

(a) 13280
(b) 15400
(c) 12240
(d) 12000
(e) इनमें से कोई नहीं
any good solution
fare ratio =100:70:20
new ratio =125:78.75:18
now total revenue =(125*4)+(78.75*9)+(18*17) =1514.75
now 1514.75 =60590
=>306 =12240....
I don't knw hindi as much but got the idea what it is asking..
Q1. Ratio of the fares of First, Second and Third class category of a train between two stations is 10 : 7 : 2 and the ratio of passenger travelling in these categories is 4 : 9 : 17 respectively. If the fare is increased by ¼ in First class, 1/8 in Second class and decreased by 10% in Third class and the ratio of number of passenger in these category remains same. If the new collection received is Rs. 60590, then find the total amount received from third class category.
(a) 13280
(b) 15400
(c) 12240
(d) 12000
(e) None of these
fare ratio =100:70:20
new ratio =125:78.75:18
now total revenue =(125*4)+(78.75*9)+(18*17) =1514.75
now 1514.75 =60590
=>306 =12240

1)
oranges = bananas =10
cp(o) =50 sp(o) =60
cp(b) =20,sp(b)=23
now p =83-70 =13
=>13=390 =>10 =orange =banana =300
4. A man buys a field of agricultural land for Rs. 3,60,000. He sells one-third at a loss of 20% and two-fifths at a gain of 25%. At what price must he sell the remaining field so as to make an overall profit of 10%?
1/3…..2/5
Lcm=15
5……6…………4
4……7.5……..5
15=360000
1=24000
24000*4*125%=120000
............
how came ?
4……7.5……..5
............
24000*4*125%=120000
how 125% ??
its the sp...:) in fraction
profit of remaining part
+10 =(-10)*1/3 +20*2/5+4/15*x
=>x =25%
now by alligation
p(1)---------------p(2)----------------p(1)-------------p(3)
-20%--------------25%--------------(-20%)-----------25%
-----------10%-------------------------------------10%-----
15----------------30---------------------15---------------30
now ratio 1st =1:2 & ratio 2nd =1:2
now add common part =>2:2:2 =1:1:1
now sp of remaining part
=>1/3 *360000=120000
:)
..:)
explain it
rexp root coming -ve so add 9 to it => root =6
now
1941 =6
1834 =7
1953 =9
1926 =9
1766=2
option 1
ty got it
