dual screen smartphone are great. Shame that there are no more manufacturer doing this. Hisense is not even trying selling it in europe, and it's hard to get one with google apps and full function.
As far as I'm aware the Hisense A6 does not have access Google Play. It also has a frontlight.
Correct. There is a post by someone who bought it and tried, and after much research and trying gave up on trying to install Google Play as it is blocked.
The YotaPhone 2 was the first and last e-ink phone that I've used, even taking into account that I only spent $180 on it. Unless you're a sloth, using an e-ink screen to do smartphone things like surfing the web will drive your patience FAST.
Is there any explanation that e-Ink smartphones are announced but hardly any hit the (European) market, esspecially not with features one would take for granted, e.g. ability to access Google play?
Is there a similiar situation for conventional smartphones or other non-conventional prototypes or announcements, where I just do not take notce of?
