they live in a pretty clean and germ free society which pretty much means nonexistent immune system. Meanwhile us Americans religiously live by the 5 second rule, ours is pretty stout, but not as stout as 3rd world countries.

Then their is Africa, immunity to most bugs as soon as they leave Africa for a few years ... can drink most of the worlds drinking water without travellers diarrhea without issue.
