when you think about it, it was pretty clear, that Tsukasa could not have been the child. In S1 there was enough hints already, that Tsukasa lived for centuries already and probally always had the same age as appearance.
But even then they got me thinking for a second, that the child could have been Tsukasa.

It was pretty predictable tbh, and we all know somewhere that she's no ordinary girl given so many hints dropped in this season as well as the previous one.

And if they dont explain everything we can always hope for S3 or some more OVAs

I've read a few chapters from manga and this ep just revolves around chapters 80-90 while there are more than 280+ chapters of the actual manga. Although the manga and the anime are messed with mixed chapters (chapters are not in a proper order in manga), I can say that the secret about Tsukasa would be revealed somewhere in Season 3 maybe if the animators think of releasing a season 3 of this anime

Chitose's grandmother(Tokiko) dies somewhere around ch 145 in manga where Tsukasa's secret gets revealed which we could probably see in Season 3 if they release it

i expect to disagree on some and agree on others but only for stuff i've actually watched

The worst list I have figured out and I know what will go on there. Apart from a few shows I still need catching up on like Mashele, Dead Mount Death Play, Birdie Wing S2, Magicial Destroyers, and a few others, I'm all caught up.

The best list, however, I had to make tough calls on. So there MIGHT be some disagreements in that department.

I'm also gonna do a Top 10 list on basically what I found to be the best and worst anime so far this year.

I predict smartphone season 2, goddess cafe and Isekai Shoukan wa Nidome desu to be somewhere on the worst list since the last 2 are trash and everyone hates smartphone but me

Tbh smartphone wasn't exceptionally good in the first place, and this second season is by far not as good as the first season. Still watchable imo tho. Isekai shoukan is barely watchable, and tbh if something else came out on the same day as it I'd drop it faster than $$error\ no joke found$$

yeah even as fan of smartphone the second season is nowhere near as good as the first and it's obvious that they are skipping alot of stuff to have all 9 waifus be on screen by the end probably because there won't be a season 3 and TBH even I don't want a season 3 of smartphone because of how bad season 2 is

I watch s2 in honor of my 1st ecer trashsekai, & i've been following the manga. In my opinion, they knew that they will not have s3, so they went to sqeeze a loy of info in s2.

some folks from the nuclear attacks on Japan survived. they just lived further away from the epicenters. also, firebombs were used all over the country not just Tokyo. if Baba is that old today and a child back then, it was probably a flashback to the 1930's or 20's and it was an earthquake. remember, Japan surrendered during WW2 in September of 1945. if she was say... 10 in '44? she'd be maybe 70-80 years old? perhaps she's that old? or older? we can only guess from those two scenes.

people did survive the initial nuke hits if they were on the outskirts or in a shelter that wasn't right in the epicenter (hell there was a japanese man unlucky enough to be in both cities when the nukes dropped because he lived in one and worked in the other) but yeah i'm also thinking that it was the tokyo fire bombings because Tokiko doesn't seem to have any health problems relating to the nukes
