Mia was sentenced to the guillotine because of a combination of the civil unrest caused by food shortages and poverty, the conflict in Forest of Stillness (for which Mia was made a scapegoat), the third party manipulations and her own massive ignorance which made her very unpopular.

Mia took care of the famine and forest of stillness issues already and has basically a 100% adoration rating at this point. So the main reasons why she would be sent to the guillotine have vanished... probably.

The plotters at the end of the episode did give me some «ominous-warnings» vibes though; like, some-how, the scene just felt like a fore-boding or fore-shadowing of a plot that would end up resulting in her death or something yet again anyway, possibly ending up in a cliff-hanger, such that, a second season ends up being hinted at where she ends up being re-re-incarnated again back into the past to need to fix yet a different set of problems...

Yeah now she just has to keep going and defend her now earned good future

You've seen how dumb and childish the first timeline's Mia's attempts at flirting with Sion were. Mia isn't getting any smarter and, if you pair that with not having any retainers as competent as Ludwig, then you get a ruler just like Mia's dad.

Well she is getting a bit smarter, after all she actively thought about consequences when dealing with the lulus(tho the hairpin was luck+20) and dealing with the last famine threat by keeping the prodigy and also making the school(and stored food) for general populace. But she’s still pretty dumb, dumb enough to say things that sound way different than her intentions
