Not just a "Twitter" thing. A pedo is a pedo. There is a difference though with this. If Kaoru is trying to get with an older adult and she tells them about her being 30 years old because she's from another world. While also telling them she's kind of stuck like that maybe forever that is very different.
Redeus was a 30 year old man who died and grew up in another world with all of his memories. He also became over 10 in that world which puts him at a 40 year old man in a child's body. Who fucks a pre-teen... There is a massive difference from someone only trying to be with someone her actual age while looking young, and someone who is old in a younger body trying to hook up with only young teens.

Personally I believe using our morals in a case like reincarnation with memories intact is not productive. Especially in fiction, if this was a real world issue sure then there would be actual consequences but this is fiction and we will never know how this would play out/work in a real life situation. Some reincarnation anime even make it a point that even with the memories of an adult that their physical age actually limits their brain function so even if they might be mentally an adult their brain and hormone levels still make them an teen. To me the argument would be like peta complaining about an anime where they enslave dragons. Like what's the point dragons don't exist and neither does reincarnation with memories.

I find such comments hilarious and bullshitery to apply their own moral standards in this fictional setting.
