Reading MSM is like reading newspapers in North Korea. All propaganda, never let an inconvenient truth slip in.

Kristin • 3 years ago

So all those reports of judges, including judges nominated by Trump, dismissing the claims of large scale election fraud, are "fake news" or "propaganda"?

Drumlinfarmer • 3 years ago

Have you watched the video of the Chinese economist telling his audience that for decades much of the US government (both parties) has been bought by the CCP? Bribes and corruption make for a flawed 'legal' system.

dwayne robertson • 3 years ago

We are up to our neck in evidence and they continue to drink the koolaid, and the bat soup.

None are so blind as those that will not see.

Steve • 3 years ago

Thats why the media is not reporting on the fraud, because they don't want the people to think..

LaserKay • 3 years ago

The batsoupmobiles distributed the fake ballots.

Kristin • 3 years ago
We are up to our neck in evidence....

You say that.

Yet the judges who are actually trying the cases, many of them judges nominated by Trump himself, disagree.

How do you explain this?

The judges are all fools?

The entire judiciary has been bought by the CCP?

The officials who certified the vote, many of them Republicans, are CCP moles?

Which is it?

Jeff Bargholz • 3 years ago

NONE of those judges were nominated by President Trump, you lying sack of commie Chinese troll $chit.

LaserKay • 3 years ago

Those "bought by the CCP" cannot all be listed. They run from Kissinger to Biden. If you cannot see any evidence it is because it is not up to your neck, but your eyes.

I have been following Turley Talks and Mark Levine youtube videos. The problems are more complicated than the question seems to suggest. Judges nominated by Republican presidents sometimes switch to the leftist, activist side when they are on the bench. They may not want to do what is right, because of the repercussions in the media or Wall Street. They may be afraid of the power of certain political activists. They may rule on the basis of technicalities or legal sophistry and not in terms of what happened. So I would say one should listen in to Levine and Turley and dig a bit deeper. Mark Levine pointed out that Trump could still win in the end, even if a lot of courts go against him. There are many ways to approach the issue of voter fraud. The courts may eventually have to address the problem if enough information is presented. And it seems that this is happening. As Levine said recently, George Washington did not give up for 8 years, even though he lost most of his battles, and eventually persistence paid off. The same with Lincoln, who was despised by many in his own party, and whose generals lost most of the battles until US Grant took command. Trump is a fighter, and he is in the right, no matter what some corrupted judges, politicians, governors or legislators say.

Jeff Bargholz • 3 years ago

Levin is a good source for constitutional legal speak. He has an annoying voice and face but he knows his $chit. I learned more about the legal challenges President Trump is dik deep in from one minute watching that guy than I ever would have from the rest of the media.

Michael • 3 years ago

I particularly love his "annoying" voice. There I said it

disqus_wgc8bC2w9z • 3 years ago

Ben Shapiro's voice and face are even more annoying.

Jeff Bargholz • 3 years ago

But he speaks very fast and gets a lot out in a relatively short time. He's quite intelligent.

disqus_wgc8bC2w9z • 3 years ago

Prodigious intelligence aside, his smirking prepubescent visage combined with his hyper-caffeinated, motor-mouthed nattering does start to seriously grate on my nerves after about a minute or two.

ciaparker2 • 3 years ago

The reports are probably true, but the judges were dishonest in dismissing the claims of fraud. Have you SEEN the huge variety and scope of all the different methods used to commit the fraud? Heard the many different affiants? Are you not concerned about this flagrant hit job on President Trump?

NAHALKIDES • 3 years ago

1. Read my reply above that explains why the judges have ruled the way they have.

2. Look at the enormous evidence of fraud and judge for yourself. (See, e.g. the two documented instances of Dominion software stealing Trump votes and giving them to Biden, which should raise the question as to in how many other counties this took place; and the Atlanta video tape of illegal ballots being counted, in one case three times over).

Once millions of mail-in ballots were allowed, as insisted upon by Democrats bent on fraud, and Dominion's machines were chosen in certain counties, massive fraud was assured. The burden of proof should be on your side to prove to us that under such conditions no possible fraud could have taken place, and you can't.

truebearing • 3 years ago

Spoken like a soulless CCP troll. And I'll bet you will tell us that Mao and his evil commies didn't murder tens of millions of citizens in China during the 20th Century. No, the Chinese communists would never lie.

I see that you have stolen yet another idea -- this time from the German N azis -- and are working on building a race of supermen to rule the world. Your arrogance will be your demise.

Back in my college days, I would drive by Joe Frazer's Gym on Broad Street every morning. Joe's life has been amazing. Joe was the first boxer to defeat the great Muhammad Ali. Joe's life continues to be amazing.

Joe Frazer voted for Joe Biden last month... at least once.
Joe Frazer died in 2011.

The Trump campaign lost the first round in the Supreme Court.

The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied.

There appear to have been no dissenters.

Judgement in a Pennsylvania case rendered by Judge Stephanos Bibas U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.

This is a pretty stinging dismissal.

Judge Bibas was nominated by Trump in June 2017.

Judges across the country, including judges nominated by Trump himself, are dismissing all claims of election cheating.

Why do you think that is?

Why has the Trump campaign experienced what is essentially a string of 50 losses? I think they had a minor victory on a technicality which did not actually change anything.

The manual recounts seem to vindicate what the machines reported Sidney Powell's claims not withstanding.

NAHALKIDES • 3 years ago

The first thing to bear in mind is that it is much easier to prevent election fraud then to prove it in the space of a few weeks. Even so, there is ample evidence of fraud (take a look of that tape in Atlanta that shows a bunch of illegal Biden votes being counted; in one case a stack of Biden votes is run through the machine three times! This is completely visible on the videotape). This year, election fraud was invited by allowing millions of mail-in (unsecured) ballots and by the use of the Dominion voting machines and software.

As for the judges ruling against Trump, they fall into three categories: the first has ruled against him on technical grounds (e.g. timeliness of the lawsuit), the second are corrupted by progressivism, mostly Democrats who want Biden installed and don't care about the law or justice, but a few Republicans also; and the third are simply afraid, afraid to admit the magnitude of the crime that has been perpetrated here and afraid of the repercussions should they do the right thing and de-certify the Biden electors. They are afraid for their families because of the Democrats' habit of using violence against their opponents, and some of them wrongly believe that it is better to allow Biden to assume an office he hasn't been elected to than the risk the civil disturbance that would certainly follow if they did the right thing.

P.S. One manual recount in Georgia showed that the tabulation software switched .26% of the votes from Trump to Biden! Yes, it's true, and you can verify this for yourself if you look outside the Democratic media. This percentage is enough to account for Biden's apparent "victory" in Georgia if in fact it was replicated in other counties. Even if it wasn't, it is solid proof that Democrats stole votes.

I say that once we have shown Democrat vote fraud, we shouldn't have to prove exactly how many votes were stolen - the Democrats should be punished by forfeiting all the votes they allegedly received in the affected county. Now if we take away Biden's votes in the corrupt cities where we know the Democrats stole votes, Trump wins easily, and that would be a just outcome.

carpe diem 36 • 3 years ago

There were many people who came forward with real evidence of fraud, they were among those counting the votes and they told exactly how it was done. They were on the Fox news, and may be others, i do not watch all the news channels.

truebearing • 3 years ago

You are certainly a better writer than the majority of trolls the left sends out, but you are still a troll and are still lying. There are mountains of evidence of systematic election fraud, and that is why you are here, desperately trying to convince people to give up.

cxt • 3 years ago

Sorry troll---not getting a hearing on "injunctive relief" isn't nearly the same thing as you are making it out to be.

So you either understand that are posting anyway or you don't and you are posting out of sheer ignorance.

And you keep posting the same thing all up and down the thread.

And there is clearly no getting thru to you.

Which is boring

So blocked.

I bid you a fond farewell Felecia. ;)

Jeff Bargholz • 3 years ago

And you're happy about that why?

Oh, yeah. You hate human civilization, that's why.

The fraud was so widespread and international that it was not meant to be hidden. It was in your face and said what are you going to do about. It is intended to settle the question of the ruler and the ruled.

Michael • 3 years ago

The GOP are a bunch of bumblers. Two reasons why the fraud happened and worked. 1- the GOP are not organized and although we all knew there would be record levels of fraud they seemed completely unprepared to prevent it. The Dems were ready like the looters were.
2- there are many in the GOP that need to make believe they support Trump but privately hate his guts. They cant wait til he is gone. They care little about America or us and as long as they get elected they prefer the gravy train to continue. They also have loser kids who need to get 5000,000/ year jobs and brothers and spouses who can be bribed "legally" on their behalf. The last they want is a cleared swamp and they couldn't be happier if he loses. The graft machine can continue to roll along merrily.

Michael Rudy • 3 years ago

These are the questions to ask, and it cracks me up that all the people disagreeing and downvoting are just using ad hominem attacks (you're a troll, judges are spineless) and simple falsehoods (technicalities, losses aren't really losses), rather than answering the hard questions.

The Supreme Court set Thursday for the defendants GA, MI, PA, WI to respond in a lawsuit brought by AL, AR, FL, KY, LA, MS, SC, SD, TX. At first I thought: SCOTUS doesn't have the guts to issue a ruling that would convulse the country. Then I remembered their Obergefell decision (changing the definition of marriage). I pray that the justices will heed the following advice: don't mess with Texas!

truebearing • 3 years ago

The conservative justices know that our constitution is dead if we can't have honest elections. They know their defense of the constitution is gone if the court is packed. The exigency of their final ruling can't be lost on the conservative justices.

The March Hare • 3 years ago

I would think so, but I have been flabbergasted at some of the decisions in recent years.

Jeff Bargholz • 3 years ago

Me too.

The importance of this Texas lawsuit to the continuation of our country is mind blowing. It's as if these seven people now get to decide whether America stands or falls.

Mind blowing.

I'm thankful to be living in the great state of Texas. I was at a stop the steal rally on Sunday and one speaker was talking about moves being put forth in the Texas legislature to make Texas (should a Biden presidency occur) a sanctuary state. The effect of this would be insulate the state from major detrimental effects of a Biden presidency such as not allowing or complying with any Green New Deal edicts that would destroy the energy industry and the Texas economy with it. Texas plans to lead the way in defying a Biden presidency should it come to pass.
