Love this, James! Lever's Recruiting Benchmark report found that the time between a candidate entering the pipeline and being hired was 34 days. I'm sure so much of that time is wasted on waiting for resume feedback, waiting for a "better" candidate to come through, waiting for interview feedback, and waiting to make a final decision. The DoES metric would be an incredible motivator to keep this process moving along!
