If you're referring to Nurse Shynen, she's a Light Dragon, and she's apparently no match for Chala right now.

Poor Shynen, she needs to have confidence in her profession. She is a certified nurse, and they *are not*. It does not matter if the guards share elements with Kighan. Who graduated? Shynen. Who's certified? Shynen. Who can supervise and is an *actual* medical professional until Dr. Kasai arrives? Shynen. Gurl! Get it to together!

As sad as it is to see a well meaning nurse pushed aside so rudely, look at it from there point of view. There friend needs help and this medical system shows clear element favoritism depending on the doctor and patient there. The nurse wasn't offering to help them, or treat Kighan just block them with red tape. if she's not going to actually act like a nurse and treat the patient then she might as well get out of the way.

Sticking to what she was taught in the name of patient safety is not refusing treatment or trying to block them with red tape. I don't agree with the same-element-only practice, but that's what's established right now. Despite being the greenest of the green, I agree with Shynen trying to make them pause for a minute and think about what they could be doing. It *does not* matter the guards are fire dragons and have been taking medical classes part time. There are still NOT medical professionals. Something can *still* go wrong. They have a greater chance of hurting Kighan than helping her.

Shynen can still act like a nurse just fine, she just needs to have confidence in herself and the profession she chose.

Chala is going to get Kighan killed before the doctor has a chance to get there, all due to their inexperience and fantastic racism. At least Eleni is being nice, even calling Shynen 'nurse' and not 'kid', like Chala.

I know the fire dragon's treatment of the nurse in this page seems harsh but lets not forget that this system of healthcare heavily discriminates between doctors and patient elemental race. Were if there isn't a same element doctor in the house then tuff luck for the patient until the doctor gets there never mind if there is one already on hand. Makes you wonder how anything gets done with this medical system. So if the nurse is just going to try and put up red tape and not try and help, then she might as well get out of the way.
