10 days now Major Service outage by Openreach affecting only my house it seems. Plusnet not responding till 5th December at the earliest.

No internet for 7 days now, Plusnet keep blaming Openreach. Neighbours are just fine.

No internet connection Harrogate HG1. They say problem in area since 5am but waiting for engineer. ETA to fix is 11am

Internet through television and tablet not been working in River, Kent for around 5 days now. This really needs sorting, should have been long fixed by now.

Almost impossible to work from home and having to resort to 4G broadband as too many outages per day, cannot work on the cloud. BT Openreach engineers in the (Macclesfield) area replacing consumers with fibre and disrupting us broadband users. Totally unacceptable.

As an Edit to this, there is a fault and openreach will fix it (apparently). The text service of plusnet is effective and worth using.

Our internet's been intermittent today. Was alright till half 11, then back on for an hour, off for two hours, then back for an hour. Now off again. Plusnet need to get this sorted

Either Plusnet is deliberately causing an outage on broadband to cause customers to upgrade to fibre or their engineers are incompetent (probably the Openreach people are unplugging copper and replacing it with fibre)

Was up. Down again for a few minutes and back up so not reliable Zwifi. All devices have same issue. I’ve rebooted my routers. Definitely a Plusnet issue

Internet being very slow in Droitwich Spa. Slower than the guaranteed internet speed.

HI, may I know anyone got internet problem in Cheshire/Northwich? Started in this morning around 11am and got resumed after an hour but happened again now, 14:20

Still not working in Bristol, and it's not a DNS issue for me as I can't even get a connection (orange light on router), so it's not even connecting.

It's a little complicated! If you are not sure how to log in to your plusnet router then you'll have to wait for their techs to fix it. If you can log in to your router then My Network -> IPv4 Configuration -> DNS Servers (Auto No) -> Set primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 leave sec blank.

Reset your router its back on now

That does work now, from about 21:50, but earlier, it did on resets come up with the Blue Light, signalling it had internet, but it wasn't even showing the admin console. Firmware update between 21:00 and 21:50?

Advanced Settings > My Network > IPV4 Configuration
Toggle DNS Auto mode to off and enter 8.8.8.8 then save.

Works but pretty ridiculous that this is what it takes. It's been doing this on and off for weeks now.
