Losing alot of speed for about a week now in the Mitcham Area usually I'm on 380mbps down while on ethernet these days this caps out at about 80... after hub restarts and resets sometimes it becomes so sluggish I can't even maintain a connection for a minute

Modem gone offline again, second time today, no broadband or phone now as they forced me onto VoIP. Crap signal here on O2 as well. Big village in PO8, Nr Portsmouth.

Just got of the phone no issue with wa9 area its my Internet. They don't have problem their end. Having none of it waste a time customer service is shocking!. But I don't think I'm the only one. Most people's Internet is down now. No doubt still take full pay out my bank when it's duty. I don't think so. I'm going cancel my direct debit with them. And I bet you be on the phone straight away then letter being posted by them. So act them won't they haha.

Haydock area of St Helens. 3rd day of total outage of internet. Latest estimate for repair 1pm today. This is the fourth different estimate however over that period, so I can have little faith. Although there is an automatic compensation package, I would recommend people lodge formal written complaints as I plan to do.

Wa9 I've had no Internet or phone since Sunday afternoon.. I can't get on my emails, I work from home I've lost 2 days pay now, no phone or Internet. I've got my own personal phone nothing to do with work, virgin are you going pay me 2 days wages now?. I've lost because you don't know what you are doing. It's a joke! Not heard last of this.

St Helens - Latest update has shifted the estimated fix from 10.00 am today, to 10am tomorrow. There have been workmen in the street replacing cables and mortaring up the ground. Really, what on earth has been going on? We are now approaching 19 hours outage broadband and TV.

Your customer service is pointless, can't get anywhere, but miss a payment and straight on the phone or sending out letters, you should knock money of people's bills for this not out fault im losing money so should you. Total loss of TV and broadband services since at least 7pm on 10 Dec. Site info suggested resolution by midnight, but this morning had changed to 10am. No service as of 10.10am WA11

No TV or internet in EN7 since early this morning. When I call the number on the screen just get an automated message asking to leave a mobile number linked to the account for text updates.

Van crashed into broadband box (Sheffield S6) Sunday morning around 01:30. Total blackout since and no ones been to repair it. I've reported it but they just didnt understand and are sending and engineer Wednesday 6th to check my router ugh.
