Southeastern NH..my brother and I can't make or receive any calls. They keep being dropped..

Never had a problem for years but now all of the sudden where I live my Samsung phone is failing to connect to the network. I'd have only one bar on 4g when it used to be full and the moment I try to send a text or call someone, the 4g disappears, it fails, and I get a notice that I have no network. Been going on for two days now.

Im in north bergen and got disconnected from the internet after dinner, was just about to logon to guild wars 1 but no fios internet.... also i was listening to music on verizon cellphone data about 1 hour ago and was getting disconnects playing.. please fix still on hold after automated said 13 minutes wait time

Verizon is starting to suck! I paid a lot of money to go back to them after T-Mobile never ever worked in Phoenix and now Verizon is constantly down too! Wtf?! We pay too much for this to be happening. And with cox always down too, it’s a nightmare.

Beware of going back to T-Mobile. They changed their TOS, which will take effect on Monday, January 1st.

Extremely spotty in and out Internet on Mobile Carson City Nevada. (And am on unlimited with no throttle back) Bars show full though which is even more odd. Restarted phone , same issue

504 gateway timeout for my account

It just went down at 10:51 AM in Phoenix AZ.

Verizon accounts not available. 504 - Gateway Timeout when I try to get to the sight for signing into my account. :(

The My Verizon site is giving a 504 Gateway Timeout error. Several tries, and same thing. Main website is okay, but cannot log into my account.

Verizon has given me the best Christmas gift ever!! No internet on Christmas Day. Thank you Verizon!!

Trash TV, constant stuttering, stalling, pixellation...watching a show that was recorded and it can't go more than 3 seconds without a stall, stutter, pixellation, or all three. Canceling this joke of a service tomorrow and switching over to streaming. Canning their mobile service as well because it's nearly as bad.

This is day 2 without cellphone service. I am beginning to strongly dislike Verizon.

I've had no 5G Home Internet for at least 12 hours in Lehigh Valley, PA. First significant issue I've had with it since purchasing in June, have loved it otherwise. Clean and easy setup.

Sa Diego north county, no 5G home internet since it rained.

Been having issues all day today in San Diego with the 5G home internet otherwise the service has been great since activating in October.

Danville Virginia … noticed after 6pm my service had no connection and couldn’t text or call affected my delivery job!🤦🏽‍♀️ I stopped my Verizon store and employee “reluctantly” told me about an outage nationwide with details🙃… anywhooooo… Thankfully I have home WiFi to use … currently waiting on restored services 🤷🏽‍♀️

iphone says "no internet connection" to wifi despite desktop devices being connected and behaving normally. We've reset the router three times and still nothing.

Just started failed messages and calls a bit ago in Omaha NE.

Just got off the phone with Verizon tech support. She said there were system problems all day in Virginia. Had no service for most of 2 days. Also started getting a SIM card error message, not recognizing my SIM card, but eventually it just started working again.

Beaverton OR, outside of Portlabd. Have not had service for several days on my phone. Other mobile phones in house have restored but also incurred no usability. Get your sh#$ together Verizon.

Just had multiple sites scattered along the east coast drop for several minutes. Looked like some type of large outage on Verizon. Everything on ATT stayed up.

Verizon 4G wireless internet down completely this morning, Ocala Fl. Restarting the modem restores minimum service but extremely slow. This is becoming a daily issue. Seldom have full service. Are towers becoming overloaded?

Danville, VA this morning had no bars for a few hours. This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. No one here with Verizon could use their phones this morning.

My Verizon app is only showing a white screen and not loading. I just updated the app and no change.

Verizon is down again over and over for my wifi in Marietta GA they need to fix this and credit everyone bill 100$

Verizon says they fixed to problem, however:
Princeton NJ phones are in SOS mode again today
Problems started on Saturday and have continued up until now

There aren’t any outages in my area from what this says but if that’s the case what’s going on with my phone…?

I got an email saying my bill was paid and I have no internet (using my WiFi) and my lte calls have been turned off. This needs to get fixed asap.! And hopefully since I lost two days of service it can be added to the end the end of the month since it was a Verizon/tcc problem..

They keep sayin there are no outages in my area yet I lost work because my internet is out and can't get through to talk to anyone! Spending my whole day off work just because of this yet the site shows no outages ugh in Va Beach

I have Verizon 4g wireless internet. There is no option on Downdector to report 4g internet problems, so I usually report as 5g which is a little misleading. Is there a possibility to add a 4g option to see how many issues 4g customers have? 4g wireless it the only internet option we have in this area except for a 3Mb DSL which is expensive and slower than using your phone for a hot spot.
