I’ve had US bank for my mortgage since 2018. I never had problems with the app. Now the apps been down since like the beginning of December 2023? “All account updates and banking functions are temporarily disabled for mobile and online banking, and bank by phone. Account balance and transaction history is delayed and will be updated as soon as we complete the maintenance.” Got someone on the phone and they said there’s no reported issues with the app or website. Nothing is working for me. I hope they don’t charge late fees if I can’t schedule my payment in time.

US Bank Could not transfer between checking and credit line, due to technical difficulty with 'my account'. Tried 4 times. Called customer service and they could not identify the problem. I got around it by just making a payment.

Anyone ignorant enough to fall for banking through their cell phone with apps and other things deserves whatever they get. All those ignorant enough to fall for owning a cell phone should just admit they took the Mark of the Beast, as that is what the cell phone is!

thanks to 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 on... telegraam... because I'm literally so done with this, I tried every possible method on YouTube to fix my banking app issues** and none of them worked for me I'm pretty sure I would have gotten stroke before my friend ended up finding 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 who is a tech genius and was able to fix my issues and I hope this helps someone struggling with there account.........

Wallet virtual withdrawals for cash at ATM ; aren't working system wide in Minnesota. US Bank is aware and working on the issue. A card will be necessary to get cash from the ATM

Two days bill pay says it’s down. Tried on two different cell phones and uninstalled app and reinstalled, still doesn’t work. Called US and they say that there are no reports of outages. I wonder if they’ll reimburse late charges when I can’t pay bills. Right!!!!! This app is and has always been unreliable. 😞

I was finally able to log in.

funny.. and when you do get logged in, a beautiful message appears "No Accounts Exist". nice. I guess their midnight to 6am maintenance window is a bit longer than expected.

I was just using bill pay 20 minutes ago. Now when I log on bill pay has been wiped out and it wants me to input all my bills from scratch like it's never been set up. It's doing it both on my iPhone and the iPad app.

i just got my card and i can't log in and to make matters worse it shows an old number not the number i now have and which is the number i have used to reapply. and when calling the robot cuts itself off in mid sentence. when is this situation resolving because it is not just today.i saw the other comments.

I exerted a lot of effort today to earn the additional funds required to pay this obligation, but it was now for nothing. I moved $153.63 from my PayPal account to my bank, but my money is nowhere to be found. I had to get in touch with @.US bank -support.. using the Signal app, and it was fixed. I'm grateful that they helped me out. I contacted them at this number: 856-475-6906.
