Just came back up for Spectrum to us-east2

Connection from certain ISPs to us-east-2 seems to be the deal (AT&T for sure, Spectrum and others resported). Was able to regain access by bouncing through privacy VPN.

Is everyone affected using AT&T? I can't connect to AWS East with AT&T. No issues connecting to AWS West.
