Haven't been able to send a message all day

It's working for my other friends, but mine is still not working. I can't send or receive message. Southern Ontario, Canada.

Can't send messages, can't receive messages, can't access web interface on PC, can't force web interface logout. US/east coast.

Looks like its up in New York City but there is a delay of roughly a minute from when you send a message and it actually gets sent.
