Yes, it will work with multiple domains - if you use the same selector and key for all of them.

I've configured it for two domain and dkim is working fine on both of them but the problem is on gmail I'm getting
info@domain2.tld via domain1.tld
... in exim.conf
primary_hostname = domain1.tld
how do i make it for multiple domains?
