This was really helpful, thanks - but I think you need to do a 2018 update....
It looks like Sauce Labs now offers screenshots, AND they have a "Test Object" offering to test on real devices.
Considering they still only charge $19/mo for unlimited live testing (with screenshots!) compared to BrowserStack's $99 - Sauce Labs might be pulling ahead of the pack.
