Hello Giuliano, I have a Microsoft band 1 that requests the Microsoft Band app after a reset. As this app no longer exists, it's impossible to set up the watch again. Instead of trashing the device and never buying Microsoft products again, I'd like to know if your X Band app on Microsoft store can fix this issue and make the device work again? Best regards

It will not work, unfortunately the official app is required
