When we built our estimate and invoice system into our CRM, we made sure to allow for the building of estimates using essential identifiers like these. Like you mention, this info is very important for several reasons and any business that has to go without it is just asking for issues in the long run.

Hi David -- Thanks for the raising this issue. We'll take another look at our invoice display at some point.
In the meantime, I wanted to mention that we do have a feature to automatically have invoices emailed to your accountant as they are issued. In the Account Settings area, there is an "Invoice CC" field. Any email address you put in there will be CC'ed on account/billing emails.
