Let's look at why we do not need smart meters.
#1 A smart meter will hurt or even KILL disabled homeowners who have disabled medical implants. The average of deaths by smart meter radiation and smart meter fires is almost 100 every month in North America.

#2 Did you know if your power company “turned off” the power to your home when they did a smart meter install, your chance of a smart meter fire increased by a factor of 10,000.

#3 Your power company has access to all of you private power information. Eg When you make tea, when you turn on your alarm etc. This private information is sold to Google for huge sums of money. Ask your power company what the second radio transmitter in your smart meter does. (ZigBee)

#4 A smart meter will cause cancer to return if your family members who are fighting cancer at home. If they come home from the hospital and sleep near a smart meter, they will die. Check with the US Cancer Society website.

#5 Smart Meter RADIATION will turn off breakers in your home. Both AFCI's and GFI's get turned off by the radiation from the smart meter.

#6 You smart meter is very accurate, BUT, the software (firmware) is programmable. Your bill has nothing to do with the power you use.

#7 Smart meter radiation is breaking Ionic Bonding.

#8 A huge expenditure for a huge loss. Billions of dollars to purchase something that does not general generate any power and each smart meter need 4 watts to operate. One million smart meters use 4,000 KILOWATTS of energy to operate.

#9 The second radio transmitter is for ZigBee. If you want your power company to MONITOR your home 24/7, then you are in luck. Don’t forget, this private information will be sold. Why do you think your power company spends BILLIONS of dollars and does not generate one watt of extra power to sell?

I wish I could have you demand PPL not do this to me. In Pennsylvania, we dont have the right to opt out. If I refuse the smart meter, they will shut off my power and not sell me electricity. I am very upset. Sometimes it seems like suicide would be the best way out.

The best way out means they WON..

ALUMINUM FOIL AND SPACE BLANKET
Here are TWO things you can do to help.
#1 WRAP YOUR SMART METER IN ALUMINUM FOIL
#2 BUY A $3 SPACE BLANKET AND PIN IT TO THE INSIDE WALL THAT HAS THE SMART METER ON IT
How to test your space blanket, borrow a cell phone that is on and working
Wrap the cell phone in the space blanket at least twice Call that cell phone and see if it rings
IF IT RINGS, BUY ANOTHER SPACE BLANKET FROM A DIFFERENT STORE
if the cell phone doesn't ring, then pin that SPACE BLANKET up on the inside wall, opposite of the smart meter that is on the outside wall
I LIKE THE SILVER ONE SIDE AND GOLD ON THE OTHER SIDE
Don't forget to have your children to draw pictures of people DYING from the extremely high levels of radiation
PS, If your power company complains do this
#1 Ask to see their license to operate a commercial, meshed network, FHSS, AMI7 radio transmitter
#2 When they complain about the contract says, then ask to see the copy that had your signature on it.
And if all else fails, ask for a copy of the CERTIFCATION EXHIBIT so you can find out what the DO NOT INSTALL DISTANCE is according to the FCC report

I bought a meter to measure. The new smart meter is not installed yet. They will get to my county some time between January and June 2019. I posted a notice on my front door, on the meter itself, I mailed them in writing that I do not consent. I have a minor capacity for solar.. but would need 22x what I currently have operational. Of the 50 states, just 1 or 2 do not allow one to opt out. When they told me I cant and how safe it is- I flat out said that is a lie. I dont know why I feel so strongly about this issue- it is tho MY HOME. The meter is inches or a few feet from where my head is 15 hours a day. They have some nerve.

I have some 28 gauge galvanized steel to work with. I have 3 sheets of it, 2x3 feet. Then assorted smaller peices. I might also box in my bed- with materials.

If you are running solar, demand a "NET METER"

Google "Anti-smart meter" on You Tube.
Frederique Zug is my cousin. Lots of links there.

Ask them what the DISTANCE TO COMPLIANCE is for your smart meter. It is a RADIO TRANSMITTER and the FCC's rules have to be followed. If they can't tell you, then tell them to come back when the do have the RULES, I have given you several links but this newspaper will NOT publish my links. 99.5% of power companies will threaten these newspapers with pulling advertising monies. It's worst than you think it is.
