I like the way you explain each and every step for preparing dishes. I have planned to make ragi puttu and kadala curry for today's dinner and fortunately I saw ur posts for preparing both and wow! its so nice ur video for mixing puttu is awesome I got all trips and tricks now and will make it today and post the feedbacks. Thanks for taking pain to take snaps and explaining clearly.

What i did is that since I dont have coconut here. I had added soya milk powder at the end and turned out to be soooooooooooo yum!

Hi Patti... U r recipe is too gud... I tried yesterday and turned to be a very tasty dish , myself and my room mate liked it very much... The way you presented here really made as easy for me to prepare the kadali curry and it was really yummy... Keep cooking & posting in your great style...

Did you meant to put this comment in the Vanilla cake recipe post?
Because we need only a pressure cooker to cook Kadalai curry.

hae.... meenu, u knw what... that bay leave and ginger together to boil channa... - sooper.. i tried it today .. the aroma.. it gave.. oh yes.. i am not MEENU to describe tinnng.. drop all that. but yes it was awesome... thanks for the tip meenu.

Idiappam and kadalai (yes....... ka- da - lai) curry. came out very well - am crowned 'ahww now you have learnt cooking' -- yahoooo yes yes yes... he hee he
