Many Catholics gave their incense to Caesar by wearing the Demonic Masks to Mass. And now getting the "vaccine".

The spiritual war has been going on since the dawn of time. The very first story in the Bible after the Creation was how we lost Eden over it. Then God flooded the planet over it (relatively) soon after. And then God wiped out two cities with fire not long after that. God created beings capable of denying and defying Him, and thus the spiritual war has always existed.

The spiritual war is always there. And it existed long before American politics or philosophy. And it's not fought on those battlegrounds. They're battlegrounds where we need to fight, for mortal reasons, to be sure - but to say that it's a "political war" is forgetting something important.

Think of how every single Catholic mass ends. We've listened to the words of the Prophets, Apostles, and Lord; we've had them explained to us in Homily, we've recalled the words of Christ on the Mount, we've shared in the Eucharist. What happens next?

"Go forth, the Mass is ended."

That's our call to leave church with the instruction to share Christ and bring His message to the world.

I'm not 100% sure what that means exactly, and - full disclosure - I am a terrible Catholic. I'm getting better, I think, but I certainly engage in my vices and blasphemy and irreverence all the time. Means a few more hours for me in Reconciliation, but I'm trying. And I definitely don't proselytize. Maybe that means I'm disobeying my instruction at the end of Mass. I don't know. I don't think it does, because I just try to live by Him as best I can these days, and maybe hope some other folks see my peace from it and then seek His grace and want it for themselves. And if they do, I'll extend my hand to them. If they don't, I'll hope that maybe one day they'll want to.

I mean, that's how Jesus did it.

Politics wasn't His rodeo. I mean, He dabbled into it here and there, and sure got upset at those money-changers - but He wasn't about reaching society. He was about reaching people, knowing in His infinite wisdom that in doing so, it'd benefit society as well. I get the social aspect of what you're saying. And as a firmly rational and logical person (which sometimes butts head with my faith) I get what you're saying.

But the war has never been the political or philosophical battlefield. The war has always been at the individual level. Christ vs Satan. In our hearts, in our lives, in our souls. Wars on the social/political/philosophical battlefield are simply a prelude as to how hard we'll have to fight to bring those hearts, lives, and souls to Christ.

Maybe winning political battles will make that easier. Sure. I get that. But the war for our souls, for our goodness, has never been - and never will be - a "political" war.

We didn't *lose* the war in the sixties, Michael. We surrendered.

Blobee • 2 years ago

The "war" began with the rejection of Aristotle/Aquinas by the so-called Enlightenment. Far from being "enlightening," it was a darkening of the intellect, and is the source of relativism. Popes warned that this "modernism" was the synthesis of all heresies. In the '60's the infiltration of the Church had finally reached a critical mass, and allowed the modernists to hijack (or did John XXIII set all of this in motion on purpose?) the Second Vatican Council, which changed nothing foundational, but the infiltrators enacted their ideas anyway. Just as the German bishops are doing now, in the '60's the modernists held seats of power in the hierarchy and universities and seminaries and spewed heresy that found an audience in those wanting to sin; who were tired of "being good" and wanted to indulge their vices.

We really didn't surrender. We were overwhelmed by a tsunami of evil.

BlazeCloude • 2 years ago

Been in Spiritual Warfare throughout all time since God created human beings and some of the angels didn't view humans to ever have the right towards the capacity to surpass them in God's hierarchy according to God's plan. The Warfare has simply escalated with the ground taken by the Forces of Darkness since the 1950's when the new SOCIAL CONSTRUCT of "The Teenager" began and technology rising from WW2 provided more free time from hard work for the very young to recreate.

The very young aren't known for wisdom, self-control, temperance or prudence; yet, society gave the very young power and they demanded more and more until now they are the group having the most social control...The MOST time available to implement the levers of 'Social Control'.
We are at the cusp of taking-back the 'Social Control' with every ANGRY CONSTITUENT fed up with the immorality being indoctrinated into our children...THE VERY BEGINNING OF REVOLUTION. The next election will mark the success or failure of the fight being waged right now.

The next President will have the most important job of CLEANING HOUSE in Washington D.C.; to REALLY "DRAIN THE SWAMP". Need to get rid of the TREASONOUS agents of the New World Order, lobbyists, endless terms for Congressional Membership. Must remove the ability for future Govt. to become corrupt to the level existing now.

lmtellsho • 2 years ago

Those teenagers, with immature brains, did have access to money going into the late 60's. It might be the lost childhoods of their parents coming out of Depression and WWII that led to the illusions of the late sixties and the excesses. In any case, it would be the certain beginnings of the assault on the family. Dressed in the virtues of caring for the poor, ending war and the sharing of "stuff", it's a masterstroke of the diabolical. And it against those agents that our fight must be directed. It is truly a battle for minds, hearts and souls. Good government wont solve moral decline, but in the need to clean house we may become our enemy. Fighting fire with fire means sinking to an incredible low in this case. The trick is to let Christ lead --that can only be done if one can see others with His eyes. No one said it would be easy.

BlazeCloude • 2 years ago

Throughout all time; there wasn't such a 'class' as what we know as 'The Teenager' since hard work was the norm across ALL societies; except for the very wealthy and the numbers of those youth were extremely low. Until the modern age; life really wasn't filled with much anybody would now consider 'fun'. People really did work like dogs and those who didn't starved...Even if they did work, they sometimes starved.
As much as it appears for so much to be going wrong; I've recently noticed the folks seeking Dictatorships and implementing this 'One World Govt' to be shallow, superfical, the kind of folks not thinking very creatively or deeply...They're acolytes of Schwab; puppets 'spewing' a Narrative so transparent it's impossible NOT to ascertain what the goal is. They mouth "Group Think" words and phrases-of-the-Day as the 'Wolf Crying Terror Monger' censoring media and Big Tech do. They are isolating past support of whole groups of people from themselves.
This fact alone will allow 'The People' to get ahold of the filth and shallow evil the WEF/CCP/Vatican villains have sought to spread. I don't believe Judas loving Pachamama and the homo goons will be in charge for much longer just as the Democratic Party that's really Nazi Communist as a mix will be in charge politically. Everything is as a carbuncle...Painful, ANGRY and ready to explode oozing green yuck everywhere.

Tom Regan • 2 years ago

Hopefully, will end this scourge by the mid term elections!!

Tampa Retrograde • 2 years ago

It's going to take a lot more than that...but that is a start.

BlazeCloude • 2 years ago

I agree...Going to take a lot more. We have an advantage in that those implementing all the evil at this time really aren't 'creative and deep' thinkers. They're also isolating themselves from whole segments of society that used to support them. So, we have an excellent chance to get a grip here...

Therese Pribil Sprinkle • 2 years ago

That was well said Michael. I agree with you. We have been in a spiritual war for a long time. I am glad more are saying the same thing.

KFMcGahey • 2 years ago

Most of the Bishops, many of the priests and too many among the laity now see redemption through Marx rather than Christ. It's never too late for evangelism. That's what we're called to do.

BlazeCloude • 2 years ago

As an overfed, wealthy person; Marx had NO CLUE of what he wrote about...Just another spoiled Brat in the body of a man FALLING at the TEMPTATION of being his own God seeking to RE-CREATE "The Garden of Eden" without the real God and the governing of the real God. The more any human idolizes themselves and seeks to RE-CREATE "The Garden of Eden"; the more "Hell on Earth" results as evidenced again and again and again throughout all history and ESPECIALLY IN THIS LAST CENTURY when technology has made TORMENT, TORTURE, MISERY, MASS MURDER AND GENOCIDE so simple and extreme.

I listened to this Episode (127) and this is really awesome. Thank you for referring to this. Fr. Rippenger is saying that "ordinary" Catholics are not going to "make it" through what is coming. He says we need to ramp up our prayer life, and prayer discipline to actually get ready for the stuff that's coming. In the discussion they likened it to the difference between the rank and file military and Navy Seals. I think they even could say many Catholics are like civilians as opposed to those who are in the military and keeping a readiness to face the enemy.

Anyway, I'm so grateful there is someone actually telling us what to do (specifically and practically) to strengthen ourselves for the times coming.

I hope others will look at this video and consider how it applies to themselves.

Blobee • 2 years ago

Fr. Chad Rippenger gave a series of 3 talks (and a question/answer session) back in December 2017 entitled "How to Navigate the Current State of the Church and the World."

I just listened to these last weekend. He was apparently addressing the social and political chaos we experienced during the Donald Trump presidency, but they are so timely, you'd think he gave them last week. I can't recommend them enough, especially Part III.

You can find them on YouTube:
Our Times Part I: Our Lady's View of Our Times,
Our Times Part II: Natural Preparation,
Our Times Part III: Spiritual Preparation .

Believe me, it pains me to point out that it appears plenty of our bishops, including the Bishop of Rome and the sycophants he's surrounded himself with, DO see this as a spiritual battle. Their Commander-in-Chief is not ours.

Don't let these evil leftists fool you. Remember who they follow...Satan. All these "blue states" ending mandates are still continuing with their part of this evil agenda. If you remember during the "15 days to flatten the curve", it was trickling out by some that we would have to have these lockdowns and restrictions for TWO YEARS. Well...it's TWO YEARS later. The evil left is still planning for 2030 and the continuation of their "Great Reset"...and Bergoglio is right there with them. Never relax against Satan!

Superma • 2 years ago

I like your screen name. I like what I heard about 1960's people-they did not want to join Marx so the Marxists had to find new revolutionaries instead of only among the laborers. Their talk about class had to be changed into talk about race, sex, etc. etc.

StBridget • 2 years ago

+ We have known it's a spiritual war, but to hear these political and talking heads saying it's a spiritual war, furthers and cements the impact. Keep praying rosaries!

My late wife had a Masters in Computer
Science. She told me that engineers who create progams run a feed back loop while creating a new program. The feed back loop constantly checks the math and if it gets wobbly the programer knows to make adjustments and get things back on track. I always imagined that God, the great programmer, when man gets out of whack with his program, makes adjustment to get things back on track. We are about to experience an adjustment.

It's becoming obvious that there are two Americas--each diverging on a different path. As Michael alluded to, there's no meeting of the minds (or souls). It's a classic good versus evil scenario. A hostile civil conflict may be the only inevitable solution. So be it.

A Catholic must vote in every election. These days that means voting to limit evil or as the saying goes choosing the lesser of the evils. In our current culture that would almost certainly always be voting for a Republican. The democrats are totally for abortion, the normalization of all perversions, etc. As Father Altman stated no Catholic votes as a Democrat. And regarding those who claim they are prolife democrats carries as much credibility as an someone claiming to be a pro-Jewish nazi.

BlazeCloude • 2 years ago

Or a Pro-Nazi Jew...Like Soros. From Hungary where the Germans went through every village rounding-up Jewish people and killing them to be placed in mass graves, etc. Somehow, the creep survived.
Yes, it is about choosing the 'best' of the evils...And, it does boil down to 'Abortion'. Both sides are equally corrupt in the CRAVING for power and doing ANYTHING to maintain power. Factually, Republicans are worse in some ways simply due to the fact of being COWARDS and NOT demanding accountability from those Democrats who are really Communists and RINO's through the courts when they become Majority in both houses.
But Abortion/Baby Butchery is the worst, and one side CELEBRATES IT. πŸ˜«πŸ’’πŸ˜‘
Despise the LGBTQRS++. Still not as CELEBRATING butchering live babies
in the womb and selling organs for financial PREMIUM to labs.

Don't imagine enough importance being assigned making it necessary to apologize. Tucker Carlson's interview in Hungary with Viktor Orban reported Soros visits often and the people treat him very well. Not certain how that manifests friendliness given his history; but...?

JohnnyCuredents • 2 years ago

You're quite right. This means that GOP primaries become especially important; we have to weed out the guttersnipes who often present themselves there, men like McConnell, McCain, and W Bush, and women like Collins of Maine, Murkowski from Alaska, and Cheney of Wyoming.

If you saw Michael's interview yesterday with candidate for Texas governor, Don Huffines, I think you would agree that he should be the prototype of the kind of public servant we need to lead this country. Notice I said "public servant" not politician.

John Bedard • 2 years ago

Read my posts here today. I agree with you, BUT, in the world of "POLITICS" he is my only choice as of now. I will drop Trump in a heart beat if someone better comes along. Trump, without a doubt, is the most Pro-life President we have ever had. Could you PLEASE tell what the option is. Who did you vote for?

JohnnyCuredents • 2 years ago

I notice that Trump seems to finally have understood [1] that the "vaccines" are basically a failure and are every day proving more dangerous to those who've unwisely taken them, and [2] that the core of his supporters (people like me) inside the GOP will have nothing to do with anyone who supports mandates or who tells us to get "vaccinated." This issue, he now appears to have concluded, is simply beyond the pale for us. That is why you now see him hitting the hustings against mandates and cooling his jets, no longer talking about the "beautiful vaccines" his ill-advised Operation Warp Speed developed. We absolutely hate everything about these dangerous injectable bioproducts and will torpedo any candidate who promotes them.

Rush Glick • 2 years ago

Agreed, and any vote for a third party candidate in 2020 was actually a vote for Biden. Sorry.

Ah, for the "perfect" candidate, who is "perfect" on all issues! The REALITY is that any political candidate walks through a mine field of issues, and, sadly, the dominant culture has shifted so far leftward that one must choose which hill one is willing to "die" on. To trigger one or more of those cultural hot-button "mines," especially when ALL media and at least half of the predominant culture is already against conservative candidates, is to concede before the first ballot is cast.

Guest • 2 years ago
Diane • 2 years ago

The entire mine set of the Culture must be reversed. Unfortunately, more than 50% of Catholics claim to be pro-LGBTIQQ. Even more than that in the culture are for the entire agenda. They need to become aware of how anti-family and pro-abortion this demonic agenda is, especially people like Trump. I think that it will difficult going forward to find a person to run for the Presidency and actually speak against this perverted agenda. The majority of them have just come to accept it and that is where the problem is. Also, the majority of the Priests, Bishops and Cardinals are homosexual themselves so we also must have new leadership in the Catholic Church. That is where it must start. So goes the Church, so goes the Nation.

im4truth4all • 2 years ago

A Catholic who claims to be pro pro-LGBTIQQ should ponder the following quotes by the Patron Saint of Priests:

"We shall find out at the day of judgment that the greater number of Christians who are lost were damned because they did not know their own religion." - St. Jean-Marie Vianney

A priest goes to Heaven or a priest goes to Hell with a thousand people behind." - St. Jean-Marie Vianney
