I don’t really understand how to find lush caves. I see that once you hit underground it shows where it “is” but i haven’t seen any azalea trees on top and I’ve dug down randomly where it’s orange 😭

Is there one to find trail ruins? This smoothing achievement is annoying lol

i made my world in 1.17, im trying to find the cherry grove biome so when i put the latest version of minecraft, 1.20, it is a different seed entirely. my seed is 90197987, also my minecraft world is updated to 1.20 so idk could someone lmk what im doing wrong. also i am on bedrock

You'll have to travel to parts of your world that weren't generated before 1.20 (ie no player has visited before).

Does this work correctly If my world was created using Large Biomes?
Is there anywhere I can specify it si that the world shows correctly here?

you have to travel to a chunk you havent been in/loaded in yet. you will probably have to go a couple thousand blocks away. this was the same for me on xobx one as well.

works perfectly for me one ps4 worked like a charm on the 1.20, I used it to find the cherry grove they just added and it worked

there is a lush cave "biome" that does not mean the whole thing is a lush cave.
i would recomend finding the biome, then travel on land looking for an azalea tree, there will be an actual lush cave bellow it

Is something wrong with the biome finder? Its not accurate when I put my seed in. Some biomes are vaguely in the right place, but shaped differently. I'm in bedrock 1.19, world was started in 1.19 so not a mixed version world

Nothing wrong that I'm aware of..

Note that the biomes may seem off when looking at coastlines or land-water transitions in general. But that's because Minecraft now generates biomes and surface levels independently, so sometimes you have river or ocean biomes on land, and plains, beach etc under water.

I have an entire ocean that shows as biomes like plains. Pretty much my whole land mass doesn't look like what chunkbase shows. Hopefully those seperate biome and land algorithms can be worked into chunkbase

Has this been updated for 1.19.71? My seed isn't showing the correct information when I type it in. I mean its like kind of close to what it should be showing, like the biomes are right most of the time, but rivers and other smaller details aren't showing, and a few things are in the wrong spot.

Biomes usually don't change without a major version update like from 1.17 to 1.18, so there's no update needed for 1.19.x.

The coastlines/rivers are often off since 1.18. It's not a bug in the app, but because the terrain doesn't always match the underlying biomes. You can have a river or ocean biome with land, and beach or other land biomes that are underwater.
