Hi! If you have agreed to care for the owner's dog in your own home (e.g. if the owner is looking for all-day care for their dog while they're at work) then I think it's normal for an owner to want to see the environment their dog will be in. This may be from a security/safety point of view, for example to check that your garden is secure. If you have only agreed to walk the owner's dog, and will not bring the dog into your home at any time, then in our opinion a home visit is not necessary. If this is the case, you could always ask the owner why they would like to see your home. Hope this helps!
How do I cancel Borrow My Doggy, my circumstances have changed and I can no longer be a member
Hi! Click your icon in the top right hand corner, then click on 'Account settings', then 'Your Membership', then you should see 'End Membership'. Hope that helps!
Is it normal for owners to want to see your home first? This isn't something I'm particularly comfortable with, but have been asked to tag this on to an initial meet up in a public place.
