I'm afraid not, and we wouldn't advise purchasing from link schemes in general as you can be penalized by Google: https://support.google.com/.... That said, you can use lists like this to ensure you're building citations on sites that do offer DoFollow links.

The problem with testing it is that you need nofollows from great sites - Wikipedia is just one example 👍 - and you can't really get those without earning follow links as well. Still, my guess is that a link from a Wikipedia article will boost rankings.

Hi Mia, yes Wikipedia is still considered a strong link source, especially with E-A-T coming into more prominence with the last update.
