This is the neo-Marxist "social justice" movement on the move. And letters are not sufficient to stop it. The "social justice" movement seeks to uproot and overthrow the European and Western underpinnings of the United States of America.

And the GOP doesn't have the fortitude, or more likely the desire, to take on the "social justice" movement. It is clear that White Americans constitute "oppressors" for the above-mentioned. I don't think the above is a reasonable statement. However, it is apparent that the people of color the Biden administration vets seem to have a certain commonalty. Once tapped into the position of authority, those around many of these individuals are (and for good reasons centered around self preservation) reluctant to bring those proclivities to the forefront. They quiet quit until said authority is kicked up the ladder and hope they can save their positions cleaning up the mess. Diversity and inclusion is like what they used to call Army Baseball back in the day; that is where you "play ball" with some the career climbing stiff and they jam a bat up your a$$.

I lived in a 85% plus black neighborhood for a few years. This is where I lost all believe in "equity." They do it to themselves and are not only more racist but free to be racist. There were some really kind and nice people in this neighborhood but they were far overshadowed by the garbage.
