The death of George Floyd raises serious questions about whether the use of force was excessive and whether the police failed in a duty to provide medical services to a person in custody in distress.

This is being investigated, it is not being swept under the rug. Due process must be observes and the presumption of innocence observed.

Anger and desire for revenge does not justify arson, burglary, rioting and destruction of property.

This death occurred in Minneapolis, MN a city that has been run by Democrats for over 40 years. The police chief is Black. The mayor and governor are Democrats. Blame the Democrats.

I do not see systemic racism on the rise. We dont know this was racism. Both men worked with each-other, there could have been bad blood between them. The cops could have been being visibly taunted off screen or verbally prior to the video starting. And he was acting in retaliation to the crowd. We dont know that yet. Doesn't make it right, both these scenarios and makes it not racist.

White+Black+Violence/murder does not always equal racism.

The death of the Mr. Floyd is a tragedy and no one in police custody should be killed except in self-defense scenarios. That said, as long as this a mob terrorism is tolerated and excused the more violence and theft will be increased. Fortunately they usually stay in their own neighborhoods where they have a friendly and encouraging audience. But I am armed, trained, and ready to defend my community if need be.
