Have you noticed any ECPM dropping after users upgrading to IOS 14.5 due to Apple's policy updating?

AdMob has been banned by Russia, and vice-versa...
Do you have any clue on how I would be able to monetize a successful app in Russia ? Any alternative to AdMob that runs these days ?
