Sure it is a good idea for BRICS to expand. The US Dollar is coming to it's end as the global reserve due mainly to the US abuse of it's status visa via US ramphant state debt abd out of control printing of money. The broader mankind needs economic stability to prevent conflict and to raise the standard of life across the board and not just in the West..!
