Integrity appears to be a very relative term in the healthcare industry these days.

Health systems cannot innovate. People innovate and I see no people in leadership of health care systems with either the understanding or passion required of real innovation.
Look at other industry examples. IBM was much like the health care systems of today….cumbersome and CEO, CFO, and a slew of leaders heavy. Then came along a couple of young people in a garage, the innovation of which many of the readers here hold in their hand.
No…innovation will never be found in hospitals, insurance companies or any other large health care entity. It will only come from a disruptive innovator(s) who have found away around all the big shots.
