AI weaponry conjures up images from Terminator... and it's entirely possible. While I believe that a ban of AI weaponry is wise, I don't trust our adversaries to abide by any agreement. This is a tough one. I fear for my children.

You are correct. Our adversaries will NOT honor any agreement. It will give them the one-up on the United States.

The problem is that they steal what we develop! So, as our technology increases, so does theirs. This seems like a no-win situation to me.
