It is very easy to understand and helpful for the car owners to maintain their cars it will also helpful for the people who have purchased their new car.

This is a great information, and I appreciate that you mention the two different maintenance schedules which will depend on different factors. Knowing our car's maintenance schedule will benefit us from having measures to prevent any car related issues we might encounter. Also, knowing the best maintenance schedule for each car parts is an advantage as to which we can take note on what to check on every visit. In terms of car service.

Should I follow the recommendation in the manual or the service interval recommended by my mechanic?

I have a 2014 Mustang. The manual says change oil every 6mos. or 7500mls. I am retired and drive 10,000mls. per year. Can I just change my oil and filter every 7500mls.? I use a synthetic blend.

Luis • 6 years ago

If you switched to a full synthetic oil you could do up to 10,000. If not then stick to changing it ever 7500
