My videos is going to viral and all our world traffic is watching my videos, most of USA, UK, INDIA traffic is watching my videos, one of my videos is going to viral on youtube and its daily viewers is around 15-17k in only one video. but don't know why my earning is too low.

even when my videos is going to viral and i got very good viewers count always youtube disable my account most of time. don't know my content is under guidelines but youtube always suspend or disabled my channels.

You just confused them and the postman. Just give your current address where the postman can deliver the PIN card to you directly.

Honest Suggestion : If you don't have a website then you're not ready for AdSense. Earning from AdSense is very very hard and only the ones who have a good exposure to websites and marketing can do well in this field.

However, if you want to still try it then get yourself familiar with adsense first through YouTube or Blogpost. 20,000 is a lot to ask !!!

No you don't need to create an account. You just need to go to the Western Union office and give them your passport/citizenship along with the MTCN no (provided by Google). Then you'll receive your money.
