Small update suggestion for FreeBSD-11.0 users. Tried to follow this guide and had hard time figuring out why while in npm folder, "make" do not present choice of selecting wich node backend to use. I figured out you have to be in /usr/ports/www/npm2 port to be ableto do that.

Hoping a couple years (and several versions of ghost, node, and FreeBDS) you might be able to take another look and see if the newest version of ghost is doable on this platform? for us less-than-technical-folk.
