Colin, thanks for your more than kind words. Means a lot to me, especially since you're far more established than me in both fitness and wellness (not to mention archery). Your site is quite a treasure trove of contents although I know next to nothing about Taekwondo. Thanks also for your selfless sharing of knowledge. Looking forward to our next meeting. Chin Chau
I think it's simply recognising how to organise yourself to have a life well lived. I never really was taught this as a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s in Singapore. Good to see that you're sharing the message. Colin
ps. BTW - next session August 20th. Not 22nd.
You are an inspiration! I was an obese child, and have had a lifetime of commitment to health and fitness. I'm 47 this year and after several years of wierd muscle strain and being riddled with trigger points, I've started to sort through these issues and now am enjoying a high level of fitness and wellbeing. Looking forward to gaining inspiration from your sharing here. Visit me at http://www.joongdokwan.com/ if you have the time. Oh, there's a before and after pic of me at How old can a Child start Martial Arts. BTW - looking forward to training with you soon. Cheers, Colin
