Yep, and after the war ended, those scientists were transported to the USA with their documents and data. Also research unit 731, where similar human experiments were conducted on POW's by the Japanese.

DTRA = Operation Paperclip 2.0 (various German scientists experimenting on concentration camp prisoners were already on the Rockefeller Foundation payroll before WWII)
