No bail laws only apply to illegal immigrants entering USA, not to U.S. citizens who participated in Jan. 6 protests. Sadly, these Jan. 6 Patriots are being held in violation of Eighth Amendment, forced to endure solitary confinement, no lawyer representation, no medical attention, no family visits, no charges against them, and definitely no bail.

But there are laws on the books regarding who can enter and when. How about enforcing those laws for a change? And I would be naive to think that criminals are not already illegally entering each and every day. So the the Biden administration tells us that title 42 is no longer necessary since COVID has subsided at the border, but we still need mask mandates on airlines and at federal buildings. US government employees and members of the military must be vaccinated or lose their jobs.
