The FIRST ((non-male) female NY Gov has created her very own New York, "State of Emergency" by deciding everyone in healthcare MUST be Vaxxed, regardless of anything NLT today. Period.

For instance, UpstateMedicalcenter had today, 35 operating rooms. Tomorrow, 13.

Because of her "Leadership" there's going to be a "State of Emergency" declared by her.
For a situation that She Made all by herself.
