The Poles are a tough, resilient, freedom-loving people.

They fought like hell against the Nazis in WW2, but in the end they just didn't have the firepower to do the job. It was the "Western Allies" who stood by and did nothing while Hitler to violated the Treaty of Versailles and re-armed Nazi Germany. And it was Britain and France who signed a defense pact with Poland, and then stood by and did nothing as the Nazis (and then the Soviets) invaded Poland.

And once again, history repeats itself. The "West" is allowing a handful of large corporations to destroy freedom of speech. And there are the Poles, not sitting around wringing their hands but actually doing something about it.
