whether true or not, Tiglao's public statement is damaging to the VP's reputation. she should file a case of moral damages/libel against Tiglao. the proper courts of law will give both parties all the opportunities to say everything that they know, present proofs and evidences, if any.
if she does not file, then Tiglao's claim may have some grain of truth.
if she files and the court will have proved it as fake news, then Tiglao should go to jail.
