It's so nice to see (for once) a celebrity actually inform themselves and speak with intelligence instead of those that act like ford nationers and don't inform themselves but just call all those that criticize ford "lefttards, commies, gay, unemployed, living in moms basement" types.

Yes he really put a lot of effort into informing himself. We should all be so clueless and delusional, so we can be grateful for Michael Moore putting in the effort to inform himself on the political issues of Toronto and Ontario. While the liberals double the debt load over 11 years, double that of the State of California. While they have the interest on our debt as the fastest rising expenditure in the Province. While they have our hydro rates as the most expensive in North America, and our unemployment rates consistently above the national average, thankfully Michael Moore tuned into late night American talk show to inform himself about Rob Ford, while he thinks the liberals here are doing a fantastic job. What an informed American celebrity. What a pile of liberal dog ****

I disagree but you're entitled to your opinion. He has stated several times that he cares about his country and wants to do his part to make it better. Sounds alright to me. The majority appreciate his films and hold him in good regard.

For one thing, he criticizes rich people, and HE is a rich person. Also, he uses ambush tactics to make his so-called movies, but doesn't allow cameras in the building when he gives a speech, so as not to be ambushed in the same way he ambushes others. He says he's against guns, and yet his bodyguards carry guns. Shall I go on?

I like Michael Moore and respect his opinons and enjoy his movies. And he is right, Ford should be voted out, but not because he is a conservative, but because is a adrunken bufoon and a poor leader. I am a social liberal and a fiscal conservative who realizes that we (Toronto, Ontario and Canada) can't afford the "liberal, progressive" politics he loves so much.

His movies deal with sensational half-truths at times, spun in the hopes of selling box office tickets. I understand that this needs to be done but I've seen him do it one too many times, culminating in his cornering Charleton Heston, the then president of the NRA, at his home. That was the end of Michael Moore movies for me.

The Republicans and Conservatives have become more and more alike over the past 15 years. The Reform party was our diluted version of the Tea party and they got absorbed into the Conservative fold and they are still there.
