I wonder how many cry babies who complain about the sample CHOICE actually cancel. You guys do realize that you can opt to get one of these or decide to not and maybe get something completely different. I opted to not choose one of the sample choices a month or so back and got some awesome wood earbuds.

I suppose complainers will complain. Despite not being very excited about these I'm sure any of them would come in handy. Stoked for February's box.

I don't have to opt out on choosing because no matter how fast I am on the draw, I never make it in time (well I did for January's but that was the first time). This time there was actually 2 of these I would have liked. One turned out not to even have been a choice and everything else was out of stock even though I was on line with the email case in and made it to the site in less than a minute. Oh well, just got my preview and have some pretty snazzy socks in my box.

Supplies are very limited! I set an appointment on my calendar at work to login and choose on the day they open it up and every time...every item...sold out...by 8am! Are most users East Coasters or is this like Black Friday were I need to stay up till midnight?

I actually emailed BB asking them not to send the notification email so early because I noticed I was getting it in the 6 am hour pacific time which meant, like you, I had no chance to pick an item. They may have listened because last month I received it later in the day (like at 10 I think).

I'm a big fan of having the option to choose a sample. However, I didn't appreciate getting the email at 9:58am PT and it telling me that polls closed at 11:59ET (i.e 9am PT)!! Was pretty upset by this but then just remembered that last month when I didn't choose a sample, they sent me some awesome wood earbuds.

Hopefully I get another awesome product, but would appreciate Birchbox not making me a victim of PST. Still extremely happy with my subscription though!

Will Canadian subscribers have sample choice?

Also, in your video you referred to a Rent the Runway offer "that all of our subscribers will get". Will that include Canadian subscribers?

Nothing was really blowing me away here, though I was probably going to pick the notebook and the cord holders and literally everything was sold out within a hour of me getting the email.

Im mountain time, I never get to pick. Ive emailed them a few times and they could not resolve the problem but said I could e-mail my choice. Im not realy happy with Februarys choices but ive never received any of the choices anyways. I've had more good boxes then bad so im trying for another month but will probably not pick one of these options in hopes of getting something better.
