Fibromyalgia is a painful condition. One should be aware of how to relieve the pain most effectively & efficiently. Read also: http://www.amchara.co.uk/ar...

Given that you've listed many "alternative" modalities for helping Fibromyalgia (FMS), I'm surprised, & dismayed, that you didn't include "Apitherapy" (Bee Venom Therapy). I was given a 20 week treatment of BVT in 2002 & it literally CURED me of my FMS (as well as my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome [CFS] & Sjögren's Syndrome [SS] ). BVT is well-documented to 1) be an analgesic that reduces &/or removes pain, 2) balance hormones, & 3) normalize brain chemistry, all 3 of which are awry in FMS patients. Since my recovery I have also integrated into my lifestyle the items you've listed (raw foods diet, no gluten, etc), but the BVT completely erradicated ALL my autoimmune illnesses, & I keep myself healthy with the variious lifestyle changes I just mentioned, as well as annual maintenance "booster treatments" of BVT. The biggest problem with BVT is finding a skilled practitioner to administer it. The 2 physicians who originally treated me have long since retired, & since there's no one else local enough to me presently, I must opt to order bees & sting myself. However, NO ONE should consider stinging themselves without 1st seeing a qualified apitherapist who can teach them how, where & when to administer the treatment, & also not without getting an Rx for an "Epipen" from their GP (even though only a minute percentage of the population is allergic to "honey" bee stings, there's always the slim chance that after many treatments, one might develop an allergic reaction to the venom). It should also be noted that this allergy risk associated with BVT & the very few side effects (transient pain, redness & swelling) are far less than anything in the conventional medicine model, namely drugs, all of which were initially administered to me & made me me profoundly more ill than I already was. BVT saved my life. A radically changed diet & healthy lifestyle keep me feeling well. I hope you'll include information about BVT & its many applications (it's not just for FMS/CFS/SS) in a future newsletter.

Can you please tell me where to get it or how? I'm not sure I understand exactly what it is or where to get that kind of treatment. Thanks
