The only reason that Ryanair can deliver the prices they do, and still make a profit is because they are cheating the system The have been allowed to avoid their social responsibilities by the Irish government and the EU, with dubious employment practices. Write to you MP/MEP to demand changes The tide is turning. Slowly

Perils of Secondary Airports. - Today a report on Italian TV News showed a Ryanair Plane, at Brindisi Airport, being de-iced by throwing Buckets of warm Water over the Wings. Not Ryanair's fault as the Airport does not have a De-icer - howeve!!

Ryanair pax are a bit like the female lead in the Fifty Shades of Grey series, the worst you treat them, the more delighted they are to come back for more!

What is the old saying the customer is king, as long as the price is right. Customers have put the boot in to Ryanair yet again, we have heard it all before, never flying with them ever again. Hang on a second, then they see a £15.00 one way to Italy and like Fagin in the musical Oliver Twist they rub their hands together and say to themselves “I am reviewing the situation”.

The CEO/OWNER of this Airline is ONLY INTERESTED in ONE thing PROFIT and be dammed to the CUSTOMER

Julie drewls • 2 months ago

Yes Mr. Kane, the CEO / OWNER / SHAREHOLDERS are only interested in PROFIT.

No company will last long working for peanuts.

Many decades ago when you may have worked, I am sure you wanted your pay at the end of the week ?

Based on your own self indulgent stupidity, you should have only been paid sixpence for a week's work.

That applies to EVERY airline on the planet - just depends how much you over pay your PR consultant - ask the Beckham women.

If you ever need proof that in travel, the price is the most important thing in the mass market, this is it - impressive passenger growth in the face of strikes, relative discomfort and notorious service. How depressing! It can't be a satisfying time to be an airline CEO or marketing executive.

When you are carrying the remarkable number of passengers Ryanair do WHAT DO YOU EXPECT that's every man woman and child in the UK plus their shadows. A remarkable success story getting better. AND the moaners the £12.99 back packers with the kitchen sink. I travel with then 6/7/8 times a years and have NEVER had a single problem. Love 'em.
