I'm kinda sick of Will Smith right now. Anyone think he would he even take the offer? Smith only takes "Will Smith" type rolls. By that I mean you never hear anyone ever say "Wow I never would have pictured Will Smith in that role".

I know huh?! WTH?
I think it's pretty lame. I'm not a big fan of ether actor but I think that Howard did a fine job and has the "look" of a superhero, To me Cheadle does not. Don Cheadle always looks like he is just about to cry (cause he usually is). I dont see him ever being able to pull off "badass".

This honestly takes my excitement level down quite a bit. Casting Cheadle as War Machine is as wrong as Casting RDJ as Iron Man was right.

yeah no doubt would have been even more breathtaking in IMAX but considering how many years it took to film this, how many locations they shot, and the films budget it becomes quite apparent that shooting in IMAX was no option at all.

Still a nice thought though.
