Thank you! They're available in any Russian supermarket on Brighton Beach, I bought these at a place called Brighton Bazaar.

By the way, if you do ever decide to venture out here, make sure you come with an empty stomach and stop by Cafe Glechik for some authentic Ukrainian food.

I've visited twice before, once when I was 11, and once when I was 15. But it was only during this visit that I realized just how awful the living situation is over there. Some of the horror stories I heard from friends that still live there were absolutely depressing. Don't get me wrong, the city itself is beautiful and I had a great time during my visit, but I left there breathing a sigh of relief over the fact that my family had a chance to leave when we did.
