The whole time I watched this I was just thinking of Elizabeth Taylor's part being played by Divine, and then I found out that Tab Hunter was in a production of the play.

I've never really liked the AIR platform, and haven't even tried to run it under linux, but if it performs anything like flash does, no thanks. That said, android isn't a GNU flavored linux: it's got the kernel, but the main target for developers is the Dalvik VM - not the kernel itsself.
